How do you calculate savings?
Every action is measured against a baseline: what the resource was costing before, versus after — with a counterfactual model for what it would have cost untouched. Each verified saving is written to an auditable record, and there’s a dispute workflow if you ever disagree with a number. You’re only billed on verified records.
What if an agent hibernates something someone was using?
Three layers prevent it: SafetyGate policy checks (protected resources, blackout windows), learned usage profiles that raise a cluster’s caution after any mistake, and grace periods before action. And you can run in copilot mode — every fix waits for your click — until you trust autopilot.
Is the free assessment really free?
Yes. It’s read-only by architecture — it cannot make changes — and it produces your actual waste number. We do it free because once you see the number, turning on optimization is an easy call. That’s the whole business model.
What access do you need?
A scoped credential per platform — for the assessment, read-only permissions are enough (e.g. Dataproc Viewer on GCP). Credentials are encrypted at rest, and optimization permissions are only requested when you activate it.
What does it cost at my spend level?
