Because our fee is 20% of verified savings, our incentive is to get the math right — and we adjust against ourselves when the data says so.
If your workload volume drops during a measurement window, the savings explained by reduced volume are removed from your bill automatically. If a vendor cuts prices mid-window, that delta isn't ours either. Every adjustment is itemized on the report next to your invoice.
